*Please use another form if submitting more than 10 items.
1.   RMA number will ONLY be issued with ALL information provided.
2.   Label the problem on each defective unit and stick the label directly on the unit.
3.   Mark the RMA number clearly on each shipping box and ship the units prepaid to us. Any freight collects shipment and/or      without RMA number will NOT be accepted
4.   Link Computer will not be responsible for any damaged shipment.
5.   Service charge of $30 per item if the RMA item proves not to be defective, and we will return item freight collect.
6.   RMA return for credit MUST be in full original packaging and in good condition.
7.   RMA number will be issue within 24 working hours for email and 48 working hours for fax from receipt of customer's requisitions. 
8.   Please DO NOT include any accessories, manual and etc with RMA return except D.O.A. units.
9.   RMA operating hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-5:00pm.
10. RMA number will be valid for two weeks ONLY.
