Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Policy

  1. RMA number must be obtained from our RMA department prior to returning any merchandise.
  2. RMA number will be issued within 24 to 48 working hours after receiving the RMA Application Form.
  3. All return merchandise to L-PC Inc. must be prepaid. The buyer must also insure the shipment or accept the risk that the package may be lost or damaged in transit.
  4. L-PC will be responsible for shipping costs to return any repaired or replaced merchandise with our carrier.
  5. When making inquiries of RMA status, always refer your RMA number. Please allow us at least 3 days, following receipt of returned merchandise, to process the returns.
  6. If no fault is found at the returned merchandise as claimed, a $30 inspection and handling fee is required.

RMA Procedure

  1. Please fill out the Online RMA Application Form completely and submit to L-PC Inc. RMA department.
  2. RMA number is only valid for 14 days and it is for inspection purpose only. The RMA number does not guarantee that you will receive warranty service, replacement or that credit will be approved.
  3. Once an RMA number is issued, the returning merchandise that is being shipped to L-PC Inc. must be properly packed, insured, and prepaid with the assigned RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package and/or shipping manifest.

  6. It is mandatory to return merchandise together with the following item(s);
    • A completed RMA Application form with provided RMA number;
    • Proof of purchase (a clear copy of the original invoice) and a packing list;
  7. Note: Please do not ship back accessories (i.e. manual, cable, driver cd and etc.) except that the returning merchandise is for a pre-authorized credit or DOA.
  8. All merchandise received by L-PC Inc. will be inspected and tested. L-PC reserves the rights not to accept returned merchandise that is improperly packaged, marked or physical damaged.
  9. Note: Any merchandise without proof of purchase or serial numbers that do not match L-PC's database will be returned to customer, freight collect.
  10. L-PC may refuse any package received that: (i)does not have shipping prepaid; or (ii)contains items that do not have an RMA number

Dead On Arrival (DOA) Policy

  1. All DOA merchandise must be received by L-PC Inc. within 14 days after the date of the sales invoice (except 5 days for CPU, Monitor, Printer and 30 days for ASRock Motherboards).
  2. All DOA merchandise will be replaced or repaired at L-PC's discretion and subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Manufacture's Warranty.
  3. Any physical damage found on the merchandise will not be considered as DOA.

Return for Credit Policy

Returns within 14 days of purchase must be pre-authorized and are only acceptable when in NEW and resaleable condition with original boxes unmarked. A 15% restocking fee will apply based on the item's purchase price.

Out of Warranty Mechandise

Our of warranty service will be subjected at $60 per hour per item for labour, plus parts and shipping cost.
